**Own car and full clean UK driving licence required. Local knowledge of the required area.**

**Job description**:

- Build positive relationships with clients, understanding their property requirements and preferences.
- Act as a key point of contact, providing timely updates and information on available properties.
- Accompany potential tenants on property viewings, highlighting key features and addressing inquiries.
- Collect and provide feedback to enhance property presentation and marketing strategies.
- Assist in preparing and presenting offers, facilitating smooth negotiation processes.
- Maintain meticulous records of property listings, client interactions, and negotiation details.
- Stay updated on local Lettings market trends, competitor activities, and relevant industry developments.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to understand and address client needs.
- Willingness to work collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.
- Proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a strong desire to succeed in the real estate market.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.

REAL ESTATE - TRAINEE - PROPERTY SALES - LETTINGS - PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

Pay: £18,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
