We are looking for a Stores Person with a flexible approach to assist our stores team on our Stockton site. We are looking for someone to can undertake a variety of duties in a fast-paced demanding environment and can think on their feet who has an effective approach to meeting and exceeding targets.
Main Duties:
- Checking paperwork against stock and picking orders for workshops for daily production
- Unloading/loading delivery vehicles and moving stock around site using a Counterbalance FLT
- Perform regular stock checks
- Keep warehouses and surrounding grounds clean and tidy
- Ensure Health and Safety guidelines are adhered to
- Report any damages immediately
- Reporting directly to stores manager and offering a helping hand with day to day tasks
- To move parts, where practical, to a defined storage location.
Counterbalance FLT licence preferred, but not essential.
Working hours will be Monday to Thursday 08.00 to 16.30, Friday 08:00 to 15:30 (39 hours a week)
COVID-19 considerations:
We have all the correct and proper processes and systems in place on site and PPE and masks are provided.
**Salary**: £11.50-£12.50 per hour
Expected hours: 39 per week
