**Specific Tasks**:
Sales Ledger & Credit Control
Purchase Ledger
Supplier Invoice Queries
Credits/Returns
Reconciling to Statements
Monthly Invoice Runs
Office Administration
Customer Service
- Provide back up for month end procedures and supplier payments.
- Daily bank posting
- Raising ad hoc invoices and credit control
- Able to maintain a high attention to detail in all tasks undertaken
- Can demonstrate the ability to go the extra mile, to exceed expectations
- An understanding of how to deal with difficult and/or upset customers
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Ability to work without close supervision
- Ability to work closely to instructions
- Excellent numeracy skills
- Excellent communication skills
**Back up to the Office Staff as required**
- General filing and administration for the Office
- Answer some telephone enquiries and transfer to appropriate department
**Key Skills**
- Basic book-keeping
- Must have knowledge of Sage and Excel
- IT skills including computer operation expertise/typing
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £23,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
