Our Client is one of the leading direct marketing companies in the UK. So although having a sense of humour isn’t mandatory, it will make it easier to break the ice

Requirements of the Sales Assistant
Our Managing Director came from an entirely different industry, so no-one is out of the question

**We are looking for individuals who**:

- Are self-motivated, hard-working people with excellent communication and customer service skills
- Have the ability to work towards monthly sales targets
- Are positive, enthusiastic and reliable
- Enjoy being a team player and are willing to support the team
- Are empathetic; can build a great rapport with clients and customers alike
- Are confident in their decision making (once settled)
- Are well organised and logical with their thinking
- Can be a good multi-tasker

This a performance based role with an excellent pay structure.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 24 per week

**Salary**: £350.00-£450.00 per week
