**We are looking for a Warehouse Administrator working 37.5 hours per week to join our Sale Team**

**What you’ll be doing**
**Responsibilities**
- Delivery issue reporting, investigation and returns chasing
- Delivery invoice monitoring
- Positive Delivery confirmations
- Proof of Deliveries - chasing and processing confirmations
- Liaising with clients, managing agents and sub-contractors for purchase orders prior to delivery of consumables
- Stores invoice checking
- Report generating/preparation
- Processing orders, logging, and tracking
- Stock control
- Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety
- Liaising with transport companies, suppliers, and clients
- Direct, help, field, and prompt communication in and out of the Warehouse Department
- Preparing shipping documents such as Invoices, purchase orders and Billing
- Manual stock checks and date checks of warehouse inventory
- Monthly consumable reports
- Issuing of interim stores orders
- Issuing of PPE/Uniform
- Packing and gathering interim orders for area managers
- Act as central conduit for Department information & Communication
- External Distributor orders - processing, checks and authorisation through system where required
- Assist Operations team with external Distributors systems, and where delivery issues have arisen
- Ad-hoc tasks as advised by Support Services Manager
- Administering Parking Fine Appeals
- Assisting with compiling/ updating Fleet list updates
- Assist with completion of Driver Licence Checks and communicate result to relevant departments
- Update the Machinery/Asset database on both Excel and Pat guard
**What skills & experience you’ll bring to the team**
- The job requires general administrative experience, good communication skills and attention to detail.
- Good IT skills including Microsoft office/Outlook/Excel
- At least 2 years of previous experience within an administrative role - essential
- Previous experience of Warehouse Administration and advantage but training will be provided
- Ability to work to strict deadlines
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to problem solve and use own initiative when required
- Minimum of GCSE grade D or equivalent in Maths and English
- FLT licence preferred but not essential
- Good telephone manner
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £23,874.97 per year
