**About the Role**
**Base Location**: Glasgow, Inverness, Perth or Aberdeen
**Salary**: £28,831 - £35,194 pro rata + a range of other benefits to support your family, finances and wellbeing.
**Working Pattern**: 10 Month Fixed Term Contract | Full Time | Flexible First options available
The key duties and responsibilities of a technical coordinator are:
- Work closely with our Project Engineering team to assist in the successful delivery of several major projects across Scotland; managing the project accounts, raising purchase orders, making sure suppliers are paid on time and dealing with external supplier queries.
- Coordinating and preparing Project Engineering Meetings, these will include Design Reviews, Health and Safety Meetings and Engineering Team Meetings. Making sure these are scheduled, attended and minutes are recorded to a high quality. Organising all project reporting, making sure reports are produced on time and to a high-quality standard.
- Coordinating technical tasks, such as assisting the Engineers with Utility Searches and managing Symology Requests, making sure that all timelines are met and the data is accurately processed.
- Coordinating CDM Compliance Reviews for the Engineering team.
- Assisting the Engineering team with the general administration duties.
**What do I need?**
To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:
- Project experience working in a similar industry.
- Experience and the ability of managing your own workload and being flexible to deal with change.
- A qualification or experience of working in an Engineering role or for an Engineering company.
- The role involves managing project finances, therefore experience in this topic is beneficial.
- You should also have a proven ability to manage different stakeholders at once, sometimes with conflicting priorities, and be able to prioritise and work in the most effective way to meet deadlines.
