**What you will be doing?**
You will join an inclusive, supportive team that works well together to provide care to people with physical disability, brain injury, neurological condition or learning disability. Whether you have experience as a Healthcare Assistant or Care Worker, you willuse your knowledge and skills to help support people lead a valued and fulfilled life.
It can be quite a challenging environment at times, so a positive attitude, compassion, resilience and vigilance are important. But it is hugely rewarding to see people improve; being able to do something today that they couldn’t do last week because of you.
You will have access to the Elysium Wellbeing team, which is on hand to keep you feeling great; be it a chat, massage or group activities. Who doesn’t like a free massage at work?

The shift patterns include working nights and weekends,12.5 hours a day, 3-4 days a week.?

**Where you will be working**
**Location**:Pathfelds Lodge 290 Station Road, Knuston, Wellingborough, Northamptonshire, NN29 7EY

Join the team at Pathfields Lodge in providing supportive and therapeutic care for adults with a physical disability, brain injury, neurological condition or learning disability. Within this specialist care home, the 24-hour on-site nursing team also supportsindividuals with additional physical health conditions.

Pathfields is a homely and welcoming environment with several communal areas for socialising as well as a large garden. Service users are actively encouraged to take part in a variety of activity programmes, which are aimed to increase independence in undertakingeveryday tasks such as shopping, gardening, and budgeting.
