**Job Overview**
**Responsibilities.**
- Greet and assist all customers in a friendly and professional manner....
- Manage daily operations of the Golf or Gym reception bookings etc etc.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately maintaining up-to-date accurate computer records & required paper work.
- Operate the point-of-sale system for transactions and bookings.
- Handle phone inquiries with excellent phone etiquette, providing information. about services and promotions.
- Ensure the golf & or Gym retail area is clean, tidy, well presented, organised & welcoming for all visitors.
- Shifts, All 4 days on & 4 days off. 5/6 hour per shift. 3 shifts available
- (1) Mornings. (2) Afternoons, (3) Evenings. also cover for opposite reception persons holiday & sickness, shifts also include BH if shift includes the day.
- Bonus given for correct completion of monthly shifts.
**Experience**
- Previous experience in a customer service reception environment required.
- Proficiency in data entry and basic office administration is essential.
- Excellent patient communication skills verbal and written essential.
- Knowledge of Golf and/or Health & Fitness is beneficial not mandatory.
- Full training given including experienced persons.
- Occasional emergency call out, back up required with special bonus
- DOB required with full dated past jobs etc.
