**Summary**

This role is responsible for all aspects of Technical supply ensuring all internal, external and customer specifications are completed. Providing investigations and trending information of internal/external complaints and reporting information to the business.

Maintaining specification systems and supporting the Technical function where appropriate as the business/department needs change.

**Role/Responsibilities**
- To ensure a process of review is carried out on all specifications. To check the launch packs that are handed from the NPD teams and ensure all the information is present and correct. To chase up any outstanding launch packs post launch.
- To assist in completion of the KPI reports and other customer specific scheduled reports.
- To be the initial contact in the technical approval of artwork for product labels prior to launch.
- Management of the complaints system appropriate to the account.
- To manage a system of product review against specification. The review of claims via the appropriate customer.
- Follow up changes highlighted on the New Line forms as distributed by Account Managers.
- To maintain the Supplier Risk Assessment register.
- To maintain a rolling list of nutritional information.
- Compilation of business or specific customer reports as needed to fulfil the internal and external requirements and expectations of the department

**Requirements**:

- Ideally 2 years’ experience in using Evolve, MCreate, APP and other supermarket Micros portals with certified training.
- Food experience, awareness of allergens, typical compound ingredients and ingredient declarations
- Manages time and prioritises in order to complete requested tasks as set by the business.
- Shows awareness of personal responsibilities to self and others to perform work tasks safely
- Computer literate, numerate and good English writing and reading skills
- Good clear and friendly telephone manner in order to communicate with Customers and Suppliers

**Contract Type**: Permanent, Full Time

**Hours**: 8:30am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to £26,000.00 per year

- Technique Accounts: 2 years (preferred)
- Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG): 2 years (preferred)
