IN2 Consult are currently supporting one of our core clients based in Basingstoke with the recruitment of an Accounts Payable Manager. This business is a FTSE 100 business, is market leading globally within their sector and is growing rapidly year on year.This position offers a hybrid working pattern as well as will be managing a team of 4.

**Key experience required for this Accounts Payable Manager position**:

- Minimum of 2 years experience in Accounts Payable Manager, Accounts Payable Supervisor, Accounts Payable Team Lead or Senior Accounts Payable positions
- Strong day to day management skills
- Experience managing a team that completes high volumes - DESIRABLE
- Experience working on Netsuite - DESIRABLE

**Key benefits involved in this Accounts Payable Manager position**:

- £30,000 to £35,000 base salary

**Key duties involved in this Accounts Payable Manager position are as follows**:

- Managing the day-to day activities of the team
- Provide clear training to team members on various tasks, ensuring right procedure is followed
- Manage the PO process effectively
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders;
- Ensure the processing of invoices, credit notes, expenses, corporate credit cards and payment cycle is controlled effectively and in line with business requirements;
- Follow up with approvers on any non-purchase order invoices that are in approval status for more than 7 days;
- Preparing monthly reports, review aged debt and reconciliations to tight month end deadlines;
- Liaise with key stakeholders to identify issues, build relationships, and manage queries efficiently;
- Work with the business to ensure purchase orders are closed once all goods and invoices have been received;
- Ensure compliance with the supplier set up process on the system, liaising with relevant teams as required;
- Main point of contact for internal and external auditors;.
- Generate/review weekly payment cycles using HSBC for various currencies;.
- Produce monthly statement reconciliations for key suppliers;.
- Clear open items and debit balances from your allocated ledgers;
- Ensure compliance to local statutory regulations across the globe;
- Assist with new process and systems implementations;
