**What’s the role about?**

As a Data & Insight Product Designer, you’ll work on projects spanning the breadth of our business, delivering value to our customers and Partners whilst balancing Partnership objectives. You will be joining a growing Data & Insight Product team, scaling the impact of our data science, analytics, research and insight.

**What you’ll be doing**:
You will lead the creation of journey maps and service blueprints; lean in to understand user needs; be creative with your solutions, and have fun using workshops and events to envision new data & insight products.

You will use design thinking to bring ideas to life, approach design inclusively and use evidence to back-up decisions and measure impact. You will work collaboratively with Partners across our business to innovate and develop with the customer at the heart of everything we do.

**What you’ll have**:

- A passion for creating human centred services
- Relevant experience in service design or a related role such as user experience design
- A high level of creativity and confidence challenging the status quo
- Knowledge of existing and emerging service design tools and methods
- Natural strategic, empathetic thinking and the ability to craft services based on a deep understanding of user needs
- Experience creating service design deliverables and prototypes
- Strong communication skills, including presenting your findings and running workshops

- You’d like to be a founding member of a growing team that’s already impacting the business at scale
- Confidence pulling insight from data to inform design decisions
- Confidence producing and sharing thought leadership to advise the Partnership on how best to realise our goals in Data Insight and Analytics
