**Contract Administration Assistant**

**Cardiff**

**£24k**

I am working with an exciting company in the construction sector who are experiencing a big period of growth and they are looking for support in growing in the organisation of their clients, internal teams and contract admin.

**The Role**

The role will be based in our fast paced, heavy plant Cardiff depot and the duties will include communicating with the internal teams around their jobs for the day, working with clients to plan in the work needed and any follow up work, whilst ensuring the work is carried out as per the contract.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across the business.
- Work with the internal teams to maximise efficiency and resource planning effectively.
- Working with the Commercial Department to ensure work is carried out as per contract.
- Manage and control all contract admin in line with the company policy.
- Assisting the contracts teams in organising the clients contracts

**Required skills and competencies**:

- Excellent communication skills
- Competent using a computer and office package
- Adaptable to the constantly changing contracting environment
- Worked in a fast paced construction environment will be essential

**Salary**: £24,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:
