As one of the UK’s leading business system implementation companies, Eureka Solutions is looking for a marketing executive to join our Sales & Marketing team. You will play a key role within our marketing team on assisting with the implementation of our marketing plans that generate leads and sales opportunities and raise the company’s profile within our target markets.

This is an excellent opportunity either for a recent graduate with some experience OR for an existing marketing assistant with experience looking to get involved in all aspects of marketing in a fast growing, industry leading, technology company. Your job will be to assist with the fulfilment of a comprehensive marketing plan utilising a mix of traditional and digital activities. Whatever skill set you have we will add to it via your development plan. We encourage career development in any way we can and expect you to grow.

You would be based in East Kilbride in state-of-the-art office facilities, but some travel may be involved including client visits, conferences and events.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute on a creative marketing communications plan for target market(s) that
- Communicates value propositions
- Assists with lead generation
- Raises Eureka Solutions’ profile
- Maintains regular communication with existing customers
- CRM management and maintenance
- Prospect List building
- Assist with copy and content for all material & events e.g. Website, Product Marketing Literature, Blogs, Case Studies, PR and Social Media Content
- Work with rest of marketing team to implement appropriate social network marketing, blogging and other digital tools that complement the marketing plan

**Qualifications / Experience - Required**
- Some marketing experience and an understanding of the B2B marketing environment
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills and proven ability to take ownership of and deliver projects and tasks
- Confidence to work with multiple personnel to deliver agreed marketing strategies
- Able to work effectively under pressure where priorities may change

**Qualifications / Experience - Desirable**
- Marketing/Business-related university degree
- Experience working within a marketing team
- Experience in using digital marketing tools in a B2B environment, such as social media and PPC.
- Experience in using and maintaining a CRM.
