This is a permanent, full time position working Monday to Friday 0900-1730. There are no requirements to work Bank Holidays or Weekends in this role. This role offers hybrid working (up to 2 days a week from home post training/ probation).

If you have worked within a recruitment environment, especially contractor recruitment or recruitment administration, this is highly desirable.

**The Role**
*The Role*
- Providing an outstanding customer service experience by taking inbound calls from Recruitment Agencies and supporting with any queries
- Supporting from the office the field-based team with quires they may have, when they are out at meetings
- Taking ownership to make outbound calls to known recruitments agencies/consultants to build relationships and support in getting more referrals to the business
- Any duties required to ensure the Manager and the team

**The Person**
- Outstanding customer service skills alongside being able to deliver information and resolve quires
- A dedicated, driven and hardworking attitude;
- An engaging nature and be approachable;
- Experience within a high volume inbound or outbound telephone job role, preferably alongside Account Management
- The desire to grow and develop a new role and be part of an exciting and diverse sales team.
