Aramark UK are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Assistant in their Defence sector to be a part of our integral team at Fort George, Inverness, IV2 7TD.

As a Customer Service Assistant, you will mainly be working front-of-house. You will support day-to-day operations by serving food and beverages to our customers, alongside till work, cleaning dining areas and supporting both front and back-of-house areas. You will provide excellent customer service and report to the General Manager on site.

- We are offering a full time, permanent position. You will be working **35 hours/week** over a variety of 5 days including one weekend in four. **Shift times range from 6.30am - 7.30pm**.
- The hourly rate is **£12.21**.

**A day in the life of a Customer Service Assistant**:

- You will be serving food and beverages to customers, ensuring all health and safety protocols are adhered to and excellent customer service is always provided.
- Stocking up, stock rotation, facing up, spot cleaning, cleaning dining and serving areas, both front and back of house.
- Operating the till and processing cash and card payments, ensuring you process any financial records accordingly. You will also be serving on the food counters and upselling products/sizes.

**You will be set up for success if you have**:

- Previous customer facing / food service experience is desirable, however full training will be given on site.
- ** For this role you must be 18+**:

- Must have eligibility to work in the UK and have resided for longer than 3 years. Security checks are required for this role
- Must have reliable transport due to the location of the site and limited public transport.
