**Salary**:Starting from £37,500.00 per annum _(Depending on Experience and Qualification Status_)

- GCSE Maths & English at Grade C/Level 4 or above
- Chartered Insurance Institute Certificate in Insurance
- Ideally willing to work towards your Insurance Diploma
- OR qualified by experience

**About the Role**:
Due to recent substantial growth within the business, Lloyd & Whyte Group are pleased to be recruiting for additional Senior Account Executives based within the South West to join our team, helping to develop and support our rapidly expanding Community Broking Division.

This is an extremely varied role, where no two days will likely be the same. A highly experienced Account Executive, your main purpose will be to support the team in providing first class service and advice to our clients through building a solid rapport, whilst helping to deliver sales and renewal income targets through effective sales and relationship management, with both new and existing clients.

You will also be integral to overall team development, imparting your industry knowledge to the wider teams whilst supporting business leaders with the identification of new prospects, decision makers and renewal dates, using own research, building prospect databases and being proactive in support of new business strategy

- Focus on building a client book of business
- Providing technical advice for clients
- Surveying risks and presenting to the insurance market
- Hitting growth and retention targets
- Holistic advice to including other areas of the Lloyd & Whyte Group
- Attendance at networking, conference and exhibition events
- Supporting the business in delivering strategic vision
- Meeting regulatory requirements
