**What you’ll be getting up to as a Senior Associate**:
As part of our client facing supply chain team, you will be responsible for delivering our services to a portfolio of e-commerce clients. This will include:

- Managing the end-to-end supply chain of your portfolio brands
- Resolving issues that come up (e.g. delays in delivery)
- Encourage lasting relationships with factories, freight and warehouse providers
- Collaborate with other stakeholders to ensure product availability in end markets
- Track goods in real-time and highlight risks to external/internal team/s
- Take ownership and drive improvements in our day-to-day operations

In a typical week, a Senior Associate will spend roughly 60% of their time on supply chain tasks, 30% of their time communicating with clients, and 10% of their time in meetings or training.

**A highly successful Senior Associate looks something like this**:

- Inventory management and logistics experience, and looking to make the next step in career
- You are collaborative, optimistic and show empathy in all situations
- System thinker with enthusiasm for establishing best practices
- Strong knowledge of Excel, and experience with large datasets
- Desire a dynamic environment where new opportunities are always emerging
