A global luxury beauty retailer is looking for a flagship store manager to spearhead the opening of its new store in Battersea. This instantly recognisable brand name, a true global powerhouse is part of a wider group of companies and has a footprint ofmultiple brands across multiple markets worldwide. The brand is an iconic, highly respected leader in its field and is renowned for its exceptional branding and product quality.

Coming from a beauty, fashion, footwear or accessories background, you’ll have developed strong commercial and people development skills. The client isn’t necessarily looking for someone from the beauty industry, although this would be advantageous. You’llhave experience with a new store opening and understand how to deliver excellent results from the resulting 12 months after opening. You’ll be used to having regular, high-profile visits from senior stakeholders and have a proven track record of engaging atthis level.

In return they are offering a salary of up to £40,000 with the potential of earning an additional £600 per month in bonus. There is a generous staff discount of 50% with a product allowance of two gift boxes per year Perfect for those in love with the product.
