Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field with API integration experience.
- 3+ years of relevant hands-on Integrations experience including API Authorization, API development, XSD, REST, SOAP based services.
- Working experience with one or more popular programming languages such as java, C#, etc.
- Experience with troubleshooting complex integration failures, reviewing logs, scripting UNIX/ Shell commands to fetch data, working with integration partners, and testing interconnected systems.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to drive requirements’ discussions with our customers
- Proven ability to develop strong and collaborative working relationships with customers or external parties and influence others to achieve outstanding results

Job summary
As an Integrations Specialist, you will lead technical integrations for customers and partners while working with internal Business Development, Sales, Product and Engineering teams, to coordinate new product integrations and launches. You will develop and execute operational process improvements while managing on-going integrations with customers and partners. You will lead integrations from technical discovery/scoping through implementation and post-production support. You will need to be an influencer and be able to navigate technical and functional requirements. You will design and implement technical integration solutions to solve complex business problems for Amazon Shipping largest customers and partners.

Key job responsibilities
- Develop deep and broad relationships with executives and technical stakeholders at partner organizations to enable them leverage Amazon Shipping integration-focused products and features.
- Lead integration technical discovery, implementation and support project of Amazon Shipping APIs with customers, partners and communicate directly with internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify bottlenecks, suggest solutions, and drive teams to implement solutions. Coordinate work with several internal and external teams.
- Act as a technical liaison between customer, support & engineering, and business teams
- Build deep technical product knowledge to debug issues and address product/ project risks and drive the issue to resolution by engaging with internal teams.
- Capture and share best practices with Amazon Shipping integration community.
- Experience managing, analyzing, and communicating relevant results with senior leadership.
- Proven ability to influence others and lead customer engagements.
- Experience working in client-side roles preferably in product OR tech consulting.
- Passion for and experience in designing and building API based products and solutions.
- Strong team player, acts like an owner, and ultimately focused on delivering results with high standards.
