**Support Worker Waking Nights - Wychbold (WR9)**

**We are currently looking for someone to join our Waking Night Team at one of our newest Supported Living Services in the Wychbold area of Droitwich.**

Working within a beautiful, modern, detached property with off road parking supporting 3 clients, this role covers the waking night service and requires lone working.

This position will cover 3 to 4 Waking Nights per week, flexibly working from 9pm or 10pm at night to 7am or 9am in the morning. Working patterns and your requirements can be discussed at interview stage to incorporate into the rota system. This would include alternate weekends off to encourage a good work life balance.

Training is important to us and you should be flexible enough to attend our training programme which includes regular supervisions, staff meetings, ongoing mandatory training and role specific training which may take place during the day. In addition, on commencing with our organisation full Internal Induction Training would be delivered which takes place during the first 2 - 3 weeks during day time hours.

**What we are looking for from our Support Workers**:

- You must have at least one years experience in a similar setting
