We are looking for a driven and experienced Head of Marketing to lead our marketing efforts and oversee our marketing team. As Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for creating and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that supports our business objectives and drives brand awareness, customer engagement and revenue growth.

**THE ROLE**:

- Lead the development and implementation of a multi-channel marketing strategy that encompasses social media, influencer marketing, partnerships, branding, PR, and events to enhance our brand awareness, and support our growth objectives.
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team and other internal stakeholders to develop marketing campaigns that support our business objectives and enhance our overall customer experience.
- Build strong relationships with key industry influencers, partners, and media to drive brand visibility and strengthen our brand positioning.
- Lead the creation and execution of PR campaigns to generate positive media coverage and build brand reputation.
- Plan and execute events to promote our brand and products, including product launches, and sponsored events.
- Manage the branding process across all our brands, including sub-brands, to ensure consistency in messaging and visual identity.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging marketing trends, consumer insights, and best practices to build successful marketing strategies.
- Lead the marketing team, providing guidance and support to ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives, and contribute to their professional development.
- Create and present analytical reports to monitor the effectiveness of marketing activities, and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing campaigns.
- Liaise with the visual content team to ensure that all marketing materials meet the highest quality standards and support the brand's visual identity.

**WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SHOW US**:

- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in marketing with a focus on social media, influencer partnerships, and branding.
- Proven leadership skills with experience in managing a team of marketing professionals.
- Strong project management skills and ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of social media management tools and digital marketing platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically to promote our brand and products to a targeted audience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday - we offer flexible working hours which can be discussed in the interview
