**Responsibilities**:
This is an amazing opportunity to join a very successful, and growing, property sector business with a focus on employee and customer satisfaction.
The Senior Copywriter will:

- Manage and maintain content across the companies
- Tailor the content and style of individual writing assignments according to their purpose - e.g., whether they are intended to sell or engage
- Understanding target audiences using data and experience of the business to create copy that will engage
- Research topics for the blogs, blogs need to be written on trending topics and SEO optimised with keywords
- Reinforce brand identity through a strong and a consistent tone of voice across all marketing content
- Participate in the development of creative ideas and concepts for marketing campaigns, working with the marketing team to drive creativity and innovation
- Work on press releases and eblast content
- Creative storytelling and content development
- Contributing to, and developing, client marketing plans and strategies
- Production of marketing materials including flyers, brochures, posters, newsletters
- Repurposing of original PR content for digital tools
Senior Copywriter essential requirements:

- An experienced copywriter with experience of direct response, a proven track record of high converting sales copy and the ability to talk through metrics and examples. A portfolio of work displaying your ability and experience
- Natural desire to seek feedback on campaign performance, and the ability to optimise copy to convert in any space or environment
- An excellent B2B and B2C copywriter with meticulous attention to detail, a creative flair and an eye for stories that will resonate with audiences
- Be compelling, confident and engaging with written content throughout platforms of websites and social media
- Interest or experience in property will be an advantage but not essential
- Excellent grammar, spelling and punctuation
- A willingness to take risks, and the ability to turn complex information into impactful messaging
