**Description**
The key responsibilities of the Financial Accountant will include, but are not limited to the following duties and tasks;
- To prepare Period, Quarter and Annual Financial packs, and journals for SAP entry.
- To assist the Division in the completion of Period End accounts.
- To assist the Assistant Financial Controller in the management of Working Capital and Cash Flow control and forecast, in accordance with agreed targets.
- To support internal, external and SOX Audits, and ensure adherence to SOX requirements and maintenance of procedures.
- To manage VAT reconciliation to nominal ledger.
- To review Payroll journal entries and Statutory payments.
**Profile**
The successful Financial Accountant will have:
- Minimum Qualification Finalist ACCA/CIMA or Local Equivalent.
- Proven experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment, preferably automotive.
- SAP and HFM (Hyperion Financial Management) knowledge preferred but not essential
- Ability to manage various stakeholder expectations and deliverable
- Good team-player
- Excellent attention to detail
- Advanced Excel
