Recruitment Operations Assistant

**Role**: Nexus Operations Support

**Reporting to**: Operations Manager

**Salary**: £25,000 per annum

**Working Hours**: Monday to Friday 9:00am to 6:00pm with flexibility to cover 11:00am to 8:00pm along with occasional Saturday for recruitment events.

**Location**:The role will be based at our Colchester head office: Spicerhaart, Colwyn House, Sheepen Place, Colchester, CO3 3LD.

**Role profile**:
To effectively support the Nexus operating goals and the branch network by providing excellent support within a challenging environment.

The key responsibility of the role is to recruit suitable team members to underpin the smooth running of Nexus team ensuring the business of Nexus is able to utilise their time to maximum efficiency. This is required whilst delivering exceptional customer service, as outlined by policies and procedures; upholding the company’s brand values and core beliefs at all times.

**The main duties include but are not limited to**:

- Communicate effectively with the Nexus Management team
- Liaise with Operations Manager regarding new positions
- Telephone Interviews
- Competency Interviews
- Relaying job information to applicants
- Advertise all vacancies via the relevant job boards
- CV Scraping
- Build good relationships of individuals at all levels within the business
- Assisting with recruitment events
- Take minutes for all formal meetings.
- Support BDM’s with uploading team members 1-2-1’s into HR portal and also coaching/training logs.

**They will also include when time allows or the business needs**
- Assist with branch administration duties and data capture as and when required
