**Job Title - Parts Administrator (Part time)**

**Reporting to - Parts Manager**

**Location - Verwood**

**Key tasks and responsibilities**:

- **Work closely with our own Customer Service Platform and Workshop team by booking parts to certain jobs.**
- **Manage local purchase orders and parts ordering within our ERP M3 system received from dealers and direct key account customers**
- **To advise the parts manager on any serious issues within the dealer network regarding parts in general.**
- **Progress chase on back ordered parts**
- **To perform a monthly stock take**
- **To send parts or documentation out from time to time.**
- **Undertake any ad hoc administrative work as and when needed.**

**Skills and Experience**:

- **Good communication, organisational, and basic IT skills**
- **Excellent telephone manner and customer facing experience**
- **Experience in general administration.**
- **Able to work under own initiative.**
- **Google suite experience desirable but not essential.**
- **Ability to work within a friendly, personable but purposeful team.**
- **Open, honest, hardworking team player of high integrity and able to communicate effectively both internally and externally.
