We are working with a key client in Telford who are recruiting for a Digital Marketing Manager who has a proven record of growing overall business not just digital revenue with a similar B2C business. We are looking for someone to work well under pressure,multi-tasking and prioritising work according to business objectives and developing requirements. Creativity and positivity are your natural characteristics.
Role and Responsibilities:

- Develop and improve our digital marketing systems to end-users
- Achieve online objectives: undertake activities yourself; track online performance and derive improvement measures
- Generate and implement concepts for online marketing activities, run experiments, build processes and implement tools to optimise our lead generation and paid advertising
- Utilise different SEM campaign types in a co-ordinated and cost-effective manner
- Co-operate with marketing support functions across other business areas, to further improve local activities and exchange best practice
- Monitor KPIs and report the results internally
- Monitor new developments and competitors in our markets
- Experience in lead management: generation, nurturing and conversion, e.g. with Salesforce
- Experience with search advertising campaigns, landing page optimisation and social media marketing
- A track record of success in SEO and experience with content marketing
- Ownership of AB testing and other CRO tasks. Previous use of VWO is a plus
- Strong capability for tracking and analysing, e.g. using Google Analytics
- Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice
- Excellent communicator with a proactive approach to operate internally & externally building the right relationships & networks
- Ability to create new & sustainable operating models to shape future business
- Ability to tackle the demands of ever-evolving technological implements with ease
- A pro-active problem solver with a hands-on approach
- Strong team player committed to put the team first
- Excellent written and verbal skills and be a proven manager
- Positive attitude, enthusiastic and keen to grow with an exciting business
