**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven **Production Team Leader** to lead a small team of production operators, ensuring efficient and high-quality manufacturing processes. The role involves optimizing line performance, minimizing downtime, and maintaining compliance with Health & Safety and GMP regulations. Effective coordination with Quality, Warehouse, Blending, and Engineering teams is essential to support smooth operations. Additionally, the Production Supervisor will be responsible for monitoring and reporting key production metrics to drive continuous improvement.

**Job Type: Option 1**:

- Full Time, Permanent / **Option 2** - Part Time, Permanent

**Working Hours: Full Time**: Mon - Thu 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM and Fri 8:00 AM - 12.30 PM **/Part Time**:Mon - Thu 5:00 PM - 10:00 PM

**Main Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Lead, train, and motivate a small team of production operators (both permanent and agency staff) to ensure production schedules and targets are consistently met or exceeded.
- Optimize line efficiency by proactively managing the production schedule, minimizing downtime, and ensuring smooth operations.
- Enforce strict adherence to all Health & Safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment.
- Ensure all products meet specified quality standards, addressing any deviations promptly.
- Maintain effective communication with key departments, including Quality, Warehouse, Blending, and Engineering, to facilitate seamless production processes.
- Uphold Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards, policies, and procedures as outlined in Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Maintain accurate records of production performance, including daily outputs, downtime statistics, line speeds, and other key operational metrics.

**Personal Specifications**:

- Proven experience in a supervisory or line management role within a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and communicate effectively with staff.
- Hands-on experience in manufacturing or production operations.
- Commitment to maintaining the highest production standards, ensuring quality, efficiency, and compliance.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Expected hours: 20 per week
