Videographer & Editor

This is an exciting new opportunity to join our growing Marketing team, at our head office in Manchester. In this role you'll be working on producing/filming exciting video content for our customers, but also partnering with functions such a HR, Finance and Logistics to film internal material too. We're looking for someone who has a passion for creativity to work in this end to end video production role.

**What does the role involve?**:
As mentioned earlier, you'll be responsible for creating and producing video content for our external customers, along with supporting our internal functions too. This may include:
Editing of videos such as adding subtitles, voice over, etc
Implementation and technical support of webinars for the countries of the E1 region (Denmark, Sweden, Finland)
Conceptual development of new video formats for internal and external use
Production of online video clips in cooperation with external partners
Complete control of the production process from order to final delivery
Economic planning and monitoring of productions from budget preparation to final accounting
Supervising shoots and post-production for several projects
Set up of a green screen studio considering technical requirements, time and budget constraints

We'd also need you to be comfortable supervising video projects, from pre-production to post-production, which would include:
Preparation: researching camera teams, conducting briefings, creating concepts / storyboards, scheduling, creating shooting schedules & cost calculations.
Supervision of filming: Recording management on set, provision / equipment of filming locations, obtaining rights for extras, checking CI / fire conformity
Supervision of post-production: coordination of editing with the editor / visual artist / voice over, execution of acceptance rounds, coordination of video upload on internal & external communication channels.

**What you need is**:

- Previous work experience in end to end video production
- Proven experience in script writing and storyboard creation
- Proven experience with video filming, editing
- Experience undertaking a director role during shoots
- Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
- In depth knowledge of the production lifecycle, including pre-production, audio and video recording, lighting, studio environments, editing, and content delivery
- Fluent in written & spoken English, Nordic Languages an advantage
