Developing sales strategies, working alongside the regional marketing and construction teams, you will be able to shape your career by being given the opportunity to manage your own site and/or team of Sales Consultants and raise community awareness of the fulfilling work we do. Managing sites across either our Midlands division provides determined individuals the chance to develop skills and experience within an industry leading business, all whilst making a real difference in people’s lives.
To support our Sales team, we offer excellent development opportunities including Management & Leadership Training, support with professional qualifications such as CMI, CIPD and Mental Health First Aid courses to Mentoring Schemes.
From Sales Consultants to Area Sales Managers, our salaries range from £23,000 to £52,000 base with OTE of approx. £45,000 to £100,000 plus car/car allowance and unlike most sales role you won’t work Sundays
