**IOIO Technical Operations Specialist**

**Location: Telford (TEL16)**

**Your role**

We are looking for a new recruit to join our Enterprise Management team. Your role will be to help the team meet the demands of delivering IT services, through maintenance and support of IT management toolsets. Key responsibilities include
- Running preventative maintenance routines,
- Fixing IT issues,
- Delivering changes & improvements.

You will be empowered to identity better ways of doing things and share your ideas. You can expect to attain skills in coaching & mentoring to ensure continued growth of technical capability, with opportunities to work with all our operational teams (inc. Windows, UNIX, Storage and Backup teams) to enhance that learning.

**Your experience**
- Basic IT awareness and skills (MS Office products desirable but not essential)
- Teamwork
- Proactive in your approach to work
