**About the position**

We are seeking an energetic, passionate, and experienced early years educator who is excited about working with children. This position will support the Early Years Director and Lead Teacher in implementing the early years program. This person will work closely with children ages 3-5 years old and their families, as well as other staff members to create a positive early years experience for all children and families.

**Essential duties include**:

- Create and maintain a clean and safe environment for children and their families
- Provide guidance and feedback to teachers regarding activities, values, and best practices
- Perform daily housekeeping duties, such as: vacuuming, cleaning, changing diapers, etc.
- Assist with making meals and preparing snacks
- Maintain a positive attitude and work together with all staff members
- Attend staff meetings and work towards improving your understanding of licensing requirements, policies, procedures, and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.
