**JOB DUTIES**:

- Undertaking heat loss and energy use studies based on architect drawings
- Completing fabric, mechanical, electrical, and renewable energy feasibility studies
- Managing working relationships with architects and individual clients
- Carrying out site surveys and visiting building projects
- Providing reports and communicating findings with architects and clients

**TO BE SUCCESSFUL, THE FOLLOWING SKILLS WILL BE REQUIRED**:

- **Sustainability or engineering related degree (12 month placement)**
- Full clean driving license (Able to travel to sites across Northwest)
- Can review CAD drawings and 3D models (Autodesk / Revit)
- Experience with Excel formulas and functions
