Children's Support Worker

Halcyon are proud to be working with a specialist provider based in Gloucester, that delivers residential and therapeutic bespoke care to children with varying emotional, social, psychological and behavioural needs. As well as providing residential care,they also specialise in offering support to children with special education needs across Gloucester, Worcester, and Pembrokeshire.
Each of the homes in the Gloucestershire region offers a defined sub-speciality of care, which ensures the individuals are offered the best support through their highly trained and highly skilled team of care professionals. These sub-specialities include,severe attachment and trauma issues, child sexual exploitation, self-harm and associated risk-taking behaviours, sexual harmful behaviour, and autism.
Progression and opportunities play a large part in the success of the organisation, enabling their staff to learn new skills on a daily basis and build a strong foundation to progress into management in the future. For your full commitment to this role,you will be offered a salary of between £21,456 - £26,000, depending on your experience and qualifications. As well as a competitive salary and you will be offered a generous benefits package including a 31 day holiday, including bank holidays, childcare cover,discounted / free meals during your shifts and on-site parking.
