We are looking for experienced carers to join our amazing team providing person centred care to a 20 year old young man with a congenital disorder living with his parents in Sherborne.

The duties may include, medication administration, providing full assistance with eating and drinking, continence care, hoisting as well as proactively encouraging him to engage in activities and social occupation and helping him access the community in his specialist wheelchair.

If you have experience in caring for LD clients with complex healthcare needs, we would love to hear from you.

Car owners with a full, clean driving licence would be preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £12.89-£14.01 per hour

Expected hours: 9 - 37 per week
