**Graduate Management Trainee**:
Are you a recent graduate looking to kickstart your career in management? Our company is currently seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our Graduate Management Trainee program in Newcastle.

As a Graduate Management Trainee, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various areas of our business, including sales, marketing, operations, and customer service. You will work closely with experienced managers and mentors who will provide guidance and support as you develop your skills and knowledge.

**Responsibilities**:

- Gain a deep understanding of our business operations and processes
- Learn and implement effective sales and marketing strategies
- Assist with managing customer accounts and relationships
- Work collaboratively with various departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
- Take on projects and initiatives that contribute to the growth and success of our business

**Requirements**:

- Recent graduate with a bachelor's or master's degree in business, management, or a related field
- Strong academic record and leadership experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High level of motivation and ambition
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
- Flexibility to work in various departments as needed

Compensation:
Guarantees start at £27,000 - £28,000

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company's products and services.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company's policies and procedures.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new processes and procedures.
- Identify areas for improvement in the company's operations.
- Provide feedback to management on potential areas for improvement.
- Participate in team meetings and provide input on potential solutions to problems.
- Assist in the development of training materials for new employees.
- Conduct research on current industry trends and best practices.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Graduate
Part-time hours: 35 per week

**Salary**: £27,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
