**Desktop Technician**

**Dartford, Kent - fully onsite**

**Part time - likely 8 hours per week split into 2, 4 hour shifts:
Monday/Wednesday 8am-12pm or Monday/Thursday 8am-12pm**

We are recruiting for a mid-senior level Desktop Technician to work with an end client in Dartford, Kent.

**Experience**:

- Have previous experience in providing 2nd to 3rd line support
- Windows 10/MS Office 365 and knowledge of remote administrative tools in Windows 10 environment
- Knowledge of LAN, Wireless and VPN technologies to perform basic troubleshooting
- Hardware diagnostic skills
- Working knowledge of Active Directory
- Excellent communication skills and sense of customer service
