**Job Purpose**

The core function is to assist in the effective support of our current and prospective clients within our financial planning service, my Corinthian.
- Providing outstanding customer service to our individual clients
- Assisting our Financial Planning Consultant and Paraplanner in day-to-day administration
- Assisting in creating weekly and monthly management information reports
This role provides an excellent foundation and stepping-stone to a Paraplanner and/or Financial Planning Consultant role.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Supporting the Paraplanner: _
Obtaining accurate pension and benefit plan informationCorrespond directly with pension providers
- Supporting the Financial Planning Consultant_
- Liaise directly with clients to book in adviser meetings
- Accurately run weekly and monthly management information reports
- Supporting the Team_
- Effectively building and developing relationships with our clients to ensure a long and successful partnership with my corinthian
- Assisting with the administration of client pension plans
- Assisting with client telephone calls
- Dealing with ad hoc client queries on the client helpdesk
- Regular input into all the current processes - this is not an “it’s always been done that way” environment
- Entering data and maintaining the quality of data on our CRM database
**Qualifications and Experience**
- Educated to A level standard or equivalent as a minimum (Graduate level preferred)
Minimum grade 6 (B) at GCSE maths

Work experience in financial services is an advantage

- Positive and confident telephone and face to face manner
- Personal initiative and commitment with strong commercial awareness Time management skills and workload prioritisation
- Numerate, computer literate and good knowledge of Microsoft Office: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint
**Remuneration & Benefits**
- Basic Salary: _ £18,000 - £22,000 according to age and experience
- Team Bonus: _ Calculated and paid annually based on a combination of profitability of Corinthian and personal performance
