We're looking for a highly driven, experienced, and organised sales manager/team leader with a proven track record of supporting employees and having a hands on approach to leading a team of hungry sales advisors. This role is very hands on and you will be expected to get involved in all areas of the sales process. The leaders in our business are involved on the sales floor and are in direct contact with our customers, you will not be sat behind your desk and will be required to get involved.
**The role**
- Leading the team by example
- A can do attitude to problem solving
- Holding team meetings and setting the standard every day
- Quality Control of sales calls
- Organising installation of two-pole isolators with national SIP companies..
- Supporting and training the sales team and giving feedback.
- Data entry and validation on our CRM.
- Quality checking quotes, sales and calls from our sales team
- General office management.
- Experience in leading large teams
- Strong organisation skills
- Strong communication skills
- Great attention to detail
- Work at speed
- Data management and input
- Understanding of the solar sales journey
- Understanding of how solar works
- Able to follow clear processes, implement and develop.
- Must have experience of using CRM’s
- Must have experience working in Microsoft Excel.

Please note that this is a full-time position with regular office hours. We offer competitive pay and benefits packages.
Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
