My client, a well-known reputable Estate Agent are looking for a motivated and adaptable **VALUATION MANAGER** to join their successful team. This role would suit an existing **Valuer, Valuing Senior Negotiator or Branch Manager** looking to just value. This position will be covering a good size patch so lots of opportunity to earn well.**
**Key duties**:

- Cold calling
- Door knocking
- Previous lead follow ups
- Canvassing
- Regular mail outs
- Valuing/listing
- Figure reporting directly to the Directors
- Booking valuations appointments

**Requirements**:

- Good communication skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Valuation experience
- Good knowledge of the local area a bonus
- Team player
- Self-motivated and hard-working
- Keen interest in the property industry
- Able to work under pressure
- Well-presented and professional appearance
- Good attention to detail and organised
- Customer focused
