**Job Role**: Customer Experience Executive

**Location**: Our amazing new office in Colchester, Essex (CO7 7QR)

**Salary**:£27,000 per annum + company bonus

**Position**: Permanent, full time. Mon-Fri (NO WEEKENDS)

**The Team**:
**Essential Skills**:

- Minimum **1 year** experience in a fast-paced office environment is a must.
- High level of accuracy
- Order processing experience
- Basic computer skills
- Team Player
- Proactive & self-motivated
- A good communicator and relationship-builder with colleagues and customers

**Nice to have**:

- Experience of working towards KPI’s
- Experience of using a CRM system
