Temp HR Administrator

We are delighted to be partnering with our leading Professional Services client based in Edinburgh to recruit a temporary HR Assistant/Administrator on a full-time basis lasting up to 8 weeks.
**Position reports to**
HR Manager
**Location**
Central Edinburgh
**Salary**
Hourly rate of £12.50 per hour
**Role Purpose**
Based at our client’s office in the City Centre you will provide additional support to the HR Manager with Recruitment and HR administration.
**Role Responsibilities**
- Provides a general admin service for HR
- Responds to all general recruitment enquiries (including maintenance of the on-line recruitment account),
- Drafting job descriptions, posting roles online
- Support with the onboarding process, creating contracts
- Updating the HR system
- Scan and input data onto computerised HR records
- Ensuring information is sent out to contact timeously
**Key skills**
- **Experience in a similar role, ideally within professional services**:
- **Competent in MS Word, Excel and Adobe**:
- First class communication skills both written and verbal
- A strong planner, highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks
- Strong stakeholder management skills both internal and external
- Highly motivated, willing to go above and beyond
- Strong attention to detail and highly organised
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Flexible and adaptable to change
- Confidential and discreet
**Benefits**
This is a full-time, Temporary role working between the hours of 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.
