We have vacancies for Customer Service Representatives who may want to work from our office, may want to do a flexible or hybrid working arrangement or may even find it easier to work remotely away from an office environment. Vacancies can be either full or part time up to 37.5 hours per week.

**In return, we are offering a one-off retention incentive of up to £3,000 spread over the first year of employment.**

We are looking for individuals who have a great customer service attitude and aptitude to join the telephony team and support the delivery of great customer outcomes by delivering excellent service to the customers of Diligenta's clients. It's what we are all about as the UK's biggest Life and Pensions service provider.

Full training is given to help you achieve your best potential by getting you familiarised with the wide range of systems and products we support. As part of a successful team, you will be an important first point of contact to assist customers with their queries, help and support them when they need it most and ensure we are accurately updating our client systems when needed.

**You'll be**:

- Working on behalf of some of the largest globally recognised names in the Life & Pensions industry;
- Delivering excellent customer service to our valued customers, taking initiative and ownership of what you do;
- Supporting and resolving customer enquiries and complaints across a range of our products, often with vulnerable customers based on their needs;
- Continually developing and enhancing your personal skills and knowledge to improve support and make a significant difference to our customer's experience.
- Have experience within as a Customer Service Advisor or a relevant call handler role
- Are passionate about providing an exceptional level of customer service
- Can show you're proficient in the use of technology: telephony and computer systems
- Have the desire to identify, support and drive improvement opportunities
