Principle Cleaning Services provides British Land with Cleaning and associated services at Paddington Central. The site is mixed used including office, retail and commercial environments, the team operates under a hybrid cleaning system, incorporating a day housekeeping, and Early Morning Core cleaning teams. We also have a weekend periodic team, window cleaning and waste team to manage.

Job Purpose:
To maintain a high standard of cleaning and customer services to all areas of Paddington Central To support and assist the Team Leader to maintain a safe and clean environment. To assure that the company and client standards are upheld and policies and procedures are followed and maintained

Key Responsibilities:
Your key responsibility will be to deliver a First Class cleaning service to our client.To undertake all aspects of cleaning duties as required and requested by the Team Leader

To follow the cleaning tasks cards provided by the team leader in order to maintain high standards of cleanliness

Arrive on time before the start of shift in a clean and presentable manner including wearing the correct uniform as provided

To carry out reasonable duties as requested by the Team Leader

Reporting any health and safety breaches and near misses to the team leader

Reporting damage to client property of cleaning equipment

Person Specification:
Motivated and driven individual with a desire to provide a first class service

Basic level of verbal english communication

Excellent Team player
