**School Learning Support Assistant / LSA - Cardiff**

**Do you have experience working with SEN Children?**

**Are you looking for Secondary School based work in the Cardiff area?**

We are looking to recruit a part time Learning Support Assistant for a mainstream Primary School working within an SEN base.

Adaptability and an understanding that each child requires diverse attention depending on their needs is essential. The Learning Support Assistant will also need to be able to put this understanding into practice.

Ideally, the successful SEN Teaching Assistant / LSA will have experience working with a child with ASD.

- **£60 - £75 per day**

**Criteria**
- **Degree in Psychology / Study for Degree desirable**:

- **Experience of supporting young people with ASD**:

- **Great communication skills**:

- **A willingness to create a setting where pupils can reach their full potential**:

- **Confident and assertive with the ability to deal with challenging behaviour**:

- **Eligible to work in the UK**
