Floral Wholesaler

E Pollard and Sons are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic flower distributer to join our friendly team in Sutton.

The Company began its humble beginnings back in 1896 selling paper bags to the fruit industry in the London Markets. We have since evolved into a floristry and sundries supplier, moving across a number of different locations before settling into Covent Garden Market and now Sutton.

The successful applicant should ideally have experience in a warehouse/wholesale/floristry environment and must be able to lift loads of different sizes and weights confidentially. There may also be a requirement to work from height at times and drive a company van, so you must have a clean UK drivers license.

The rate of pay is **£14.00 per hour (35 paid hours a week)**

**This job requires early starts and an ability to work independently.**

The hours of work will be 02.00am-10.00am Monday-Friday, including a 1 hour per day lunch break. You will also be entitled to 28 days holiday including bank holidays. Overtime is often available during peak times.

Your daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to...
- Cutting and standing flowers/watering plants
- Packing flowers and sundries for early morning delivery
- Organisation of our flower fridge
- Stock take and facing up
- General cleaning and presentation of the warehouse
- Delivering goods when required.
