Nights Care Assistant

We have an excellent career opportunity for the role of **Nights Care Assistant - Complex Care** to join our amazing team here at **Bridgewater Home Care** in the **Bolton** area to work 5 nights per week.

Please note, due to the needs of our Client's, we can only hire female staff currently.

**Working times**: This particular role is working night shifts 10pm to 9am working 5 days per week.

**Location**: This particular role is based in the Bolton area.

**Pay**: Between £10.50 an hour and £11.75 an hour depending on clients needs. We also pay mileage and travel time for your calls in between Clients.

**Key responsibilities**:

- We deliver award winning care to people within their own home.
- Companionship visits.
- Spending valuable time with a client
- Meetings and catch ups at your Bridgewater office with the rest of your team
- Supporting clients with household duties and light housekeeping
- Chaperoning clients to appointments, to do their weekly shop or to get out in the local community
- Providing personal hygiene care, where needed
- Being there as a caring friend to provide emotional support
- Ensuring clients are safe and comfortable, living well in the comfort of their home
- Supporting clients with their nutrition, hydration and overall well-being

**Essential criteria**:

- Positive person.
- Willing to be a team player.
- Professional manner at all times.
- Friendly attitude towards all staff and clients.
- Your own car (not essential for night staff, as long as you can make your way to our Clients homes in Bolton).
- Able to work alternative weekends (this makes it fair for all staff).
