Senior Barista

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Barista to join our vibrant team. As a Senior Barista, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service while crafting high-quality beverages and maintaining an inviting café environment. You will lead by example, mentoring junior staff and ensuring that all operations run smoothly during your shift.

**Duties**
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages to the highest standards.
- Assist in food preparation, ensuring all items meet quality and presentation standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the café area, including equipment and utensils.
- Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during peak hours.
- Train and mentor new baristas on beverage preparation techniques and customer service skills.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management, placing orders when necessary.
- Adhere to food safety regulations and ensure compliance with health standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any queries or concerns promptly.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £8.60-£13.50 per hour

**Experience**:

- Food safety: 1 year (preferred)
