We are now looking for a Lead Field Engineer to join our expert team on a permanent, full-time basis.

**The Role**
As a Lead Field Engineer, you will oversee installation activities for a range of fire / security (CCTV, door entry / access control systems) and warden call systems at customer sites.If you skilled in one or more of these system types, we would love to hearfrom you as we will heavily invest in your training and have our own in-house training centre.
Providing technical expertise to team members, you will act as the main point of contact for technical enquiries whilst conducting work in the field and ensuring works are carried out on-time and to the highest possible standards.
Ensuring the delivery of an efficient, first-class customer experience, you’ll escalate difficulties that may impact service delivery and ensure yourself and your team adhere the booking schedule.
**About You**
To be considered as a Lead Field Engineer, you will need:

- Experience of working with one or more of the following systems: addressable Fire detection, Warden Call, CCTV, Door Entry or Access Control systems
- Experience of self-managing end2end installation projects
- Proven track record of communication at varying stakeholder levers
- Experience of coaching and mentoring team members
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
- To be educated to GCSE level (or equivalent)
