At **Amaze Hotels**, we believe our people create the magic behind every guest experience. We’re looking for a dynamic **HR & Training Assistant** to join our People Team — someone who’s passionate about development, thrives on variety, and wants to make a real impact across our hotels.

This isn’t your standard HR desk job. One day you’ll be supporting recruitment and onboarding, the next you’ll be out on the road delivering training workshops, championing employee wellbeing, or supporting managers in creating an outstanding workplace culture. What you’ll be doing
- Supporting the full employee journey - from recruitment to induction to ongoing development
- Coordinating and delivering engaging training sessions across multiple hotel sites

Assisting with HR administration, policies, and systems to keep everything running smoothly
- Acting as a trusted point of contact for our teams, ensuring colleagues feel supported and valued
- Travelling to different Amaze Hotels locations, with occasional overnight stays (all expenses covered)

✔ Strong communication skills with the ability to engage at all levels
✔ A passion for hospitality and a curiosity for learning and development
✔ HR or training experience is an advantage, but we’re equally open to those eager to grow in this field

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
