_Our client currently has an exciting opportunity for an Apprentice Sales Assistant to join their growing team in Watford_

**Salary**:National Minimum Wage

**Apprentice Sales Assistant Duties**:

- Opening and Closing of the shop and be present early for opening of the shop and closing of the shop.
- Handle Sales and Front office operations
- Ensuring the shop/Tech/Front and all Facilities including Toilets and Eating area is Safe and Clean and keeping the company car clean.
- Following standard practices and procedures and ensuring all repairs are handled are booked in a timely fashion.
- Detailed reports on various project work assigned.
- Ensure that all procedures and repairs, always comply with Health & Safety through all procedures and ensure that the store is always a safe working environment.
- Selling products and services to repair customers based on their needs.
- Maximizing customer satisfaction scores.
- Co-coordinating Online sales orders.
- Posting eBay/Amazon and other e-commerce platforms Sales and posting them
- Assisting the Store Manager and the Tech Team in the day to day operation of the Shop.
- Co-ordinate and be able to make purchases when required.
- Be able to connect with Business customers and introduce our products and services.
- Using the system provided correctly, to provide sufficient notes and updates about a repair
- Visit Clients/Customers offsite visits in and around London and around Watford
- Communicating with the Tech Team efficiently to ensure outstanding customer service
- Conducting Training and Attend Required Training
- Manage shop Inventory and eBay and run errands required for the project
- Own and manage the stock levels within the store alongside storage, safety and security
- Ensuring the shop/Tech environment is Safe and Clean Setting and following standard practices and procedures and be Responsible for adhering to the Tech Standards and Sales Standards.
- Work with the Tech Manager and Shop Manger in delivering high Quality Repair and Customer Satisfaction.
- Alongside these duties, you will be working towards a Level 2 Retailer qualification via an Apprenticeship. _

**Apprentice Sales Assistant Requirements**:

- Ability to work well as part of a team.
- Positive, can-do and friendly personality.
- Knowledge or passion for technology.
